Foam pigs, offered by EMT, are highly versatile pipeline cleaning devices. Due to their lightweight and flexible nature, EMT’s foam pigs easily navigate through unusual piping, fittings, and valves. Their sizes vary from 2″ to 60″, and they come in three foam densities: light (1-2 lbs/ft³), medium (5-7 lbs/ft³), and heavy (8-10 lbs/ft³).
Moreover, EMT provides various configurations such as bare, criss-cross, wire-brush, plastic bristle, and silicon carbide. Options include double-dish, double-nose, and special coating patterns like single-spiral, turning pattern, and totally coated. Additionally, we customize lengths and diameters, and offer features like pulling/handling ropes or cables, bypass jets, and transmitter cavities. Different Types Of Foam Pigs
Light Density Foam Pigs (1-2 lbs/ft³): These are the most flexible and lightweight options.
