The Locking-ring Quick Opening Closure is equipped with an integral scalable locking ring structure. This innovative design significantly shortens the time required for opening and closing compared to other quick opening closures. This makes operation more efficient.

Furthermore, it features a unique self-tightening lip seal structure. This design enhancement greatly improves the safety and reliability of the sealing process. This ensures that the closure maintains a tight seal under various operational conditions.
Safety Lock System:
Additionally, the closure incorporates a self-locking safety system. Before the process of pressurization (“boosting”) can begin, the fast-opening closure and the locking structure on the operating parts must be securely locked.
Moreover, after the process of depressurization (“unloading”), and before the quick opening closure cover can be opened, the internal pressure of the container must be fully released. This crucial mechanism ensures secondary pressure relief. It is designed to prevent any safety issues that might arise from incorrect operation.
